So to set the scene we are not new to cruising and had previously been put off P&O, with an image of P&O being very stuffy and formal. A Taster cruise seemed the perfect opportunity to find out whether our perceptions were valid or not.

Taster Cruise

Just a warning here, we had expected this to be full of like-minded individuals wanting to sample P&O and Belgium/Bruges. What we failed to consider was that the short break cruises are a magnet for Hen and Stag parties. Generally not a problem, but it did mean that certain areas of the ship became loud and unruly later in the evenings, as long as you steer clear of Brodie's and the Live Lounge you can escape most of it.

Cabin Review

Cabin Balcony

Cabin was well layed out and spacious.
