HAL is our first choice to sail with. We were traveling with our son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter. We were in a Neptune Suite and that were in a Veranda Cabin on the Eurodam. It was our third time on the Eurodam so we are very familiar with the ship, which had been refurbished since our last time. HAL ships are lovely, lots of old world charm with modern conveniences. The largest we noticed was the number of 120 electrical outlets, many more than the last time. Suites have spacious storage areas, beautiful bathrooms and comfortable furniture. Also new was the on demand movie service on the TV and much improved internet access.
The Neptune Lounge is a great Perk. MaryAnn and Kim were wonderful, happily meeting our needs.
The first night we all went to the Pinnacle Restaurant, steaks were excellent as was the service. My husband and I returned for La Circe Night which is very nice and the China is a hoot. The other evenings we ate in the main dining room with an array of fine choices each night. I missed the lunches they used to serve in the Tamaring.
Cabin was great. Lots of storage, comfortable bed, huge TV, bath with jacuzzi tub and separate dressing room, balcony with a table and four chairs and two chaises.
Internet service was very good and we were across the hall from the Neptune Lounge.
Elemis toiletries are a nice touch. Cabin Stewards Dan and Sham were great.
