We went on cruise our yearly vacation. Had a great time even though the weather did not co-operate. We enjoyed the food - there seemed to be a better selection this year - except they have removed the chicken pot pie from O'Sheehans which was the best we ever had (Please bring it back). The cabin which was a balcony was the right size for the two of us. The service was just great - all the servers were very friendly. Mind you the bus ride from the airport to pier was not -- but that was not controlled by NCL. The shows were truly professionally done -- really enjoyed them.
As for the excursions in San Juan we did the city tour and Bicardi's which was great and did the Land and Sea in Tortola which gave a taste of what the island is like. The other two islands we just got off and walked around. We would do the cruise again but if it left from another port like Boston- I don't know if we would go out of New York again.
The right size for two people
Saw the Old Fort and Bacardi's great excursion recommend to anyone
The service was great boarding and disembarking was quite fast. All waiters and bartenders were very polite and quick service. The meals were great and tasted great. We only went on 2 excursions = the one to Bacardi's distillery was really good and well run. On land and sea in Tortola it was very informative about the culture there - I only wish we were there longer.
