Second time on Freedom of the Seas and was worried with all the recent negative reviews. Ship was sold out for Spring Break and was not crowded except the pool area on sunny sea days. The staff from the bottom to the top are all professional, courteous and go out of their way to acknowledge guest. We had the drink package and totally worth it if you consider the bottled waters, gourmet coffees, fresh squeezed orange juice, etc on top of liquor and sodas. The bartenders eventually know your name and order which is a nice touch. I tipped $1.00 per drink order as an additional thank you for a hard job well done. Our room attendant was fantastic and discreet. Rooms are made up twice a day and these folks make your vacation rock. The ship is spotless and public areas cleaned all day long.

Windjammer was really good even in the evenings. They dim the lights some what and if you eat non rush times always plenty of tables available. The main dining room was good too but a bit stuffy and pretty lit up at night. Great lunch salad bar on sea days in main dining room but short window times.

Ports of call were great even with a lot of other ships in port.

Awesome location at the front of the ship. Super nice bathroom, 1.5 size regular deluxe balcony room and balcony has a chaise lounger which was handy. Ate a few dinners from the Windjammer on our balcony. Packed saran wrap and covered our plates. So nice to eat and listen to the waves.

Port Reviews

St. Kitts (Port Zante)

Private 3 hour tour around the island. Very informative, lots of local information.
