I went on this cruise with a group of friends, two of which celebrated their birthdays while on the cruise.
Both embarkation and disembarkation went smoothly and quicker than anticipated. Disembarkation seemed to have more people taking their own luggage off the ship than I remember. The line was quite long, but once it started moving went pretty quickly. We wondered about the customs claim form but discovered when we went through customs they didn't even ask anything. They just looked at our passports, welcomed us home and sent us on our way. That was a pleasant surprise.
The ship is bigger than any I have cruised on before and it is a beautiful ship. Lots of activities and the entertainment was superb. The only criticism I have is that all of the audio was so loud. Sometimes the instruments drowned out the singers. The atrium at times got extremely loud. Combine that with all of the kids on the ship it's sometimes too much. Not to worry though, the wine bar was always a quieter place to go sit as was the bar in the Casino.

Balcony Stateroom
I had a cabin mate so the beds were a little smaller than I'm used to, but were comfortable. It would have been better had the beds been able to be moved further apart and away from the closet. Had to walk sideways to get to the closet as it was right up to one of the beds.
Otherwise, very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was larger than I have experienced before too.
