My daughter And I get to Penn station at 11:30am. Then, we have Dial 7 waiting upstairs for us and they take us to the cruise terminal about 12 noon. Embark was great. I thought there would be hundreds people everywhere with mile long lines. NOT the case, we checked our bags with the porter and in we went. We were on the lido deck by 12:20pm. I took a bonine at 3pm.

Our balcony room is very nice. They still have the old style TV but thats ok. The room is clean, the A/C works cold and everything was good. My daughters bag gets to the room at 2pm(shes a past cruiser & has the GOLD card). Mine gets to the room at 6pm(not a past cruiser). Oh well,no big deal. I was relieved to see it made it to my cabin!

The food was great and we loved the bacon police!, entertainment was wonderful and tne staff do a fine job. Its amazing how they handle 2500+ people. Ship sailed away at 5 or so. I took another bonine, just in case! Thankfully, the ride was so smooth, I didnt need bonine for the rest of the trip. And, we went through some heavy fog on travel nights.

Cabin Review

I had nothing to compare the cabin to but I thought it provided enough space for 2 people. It was clean and comfortable. The balcony had 2 chairs and a small table. We played cards and talked out there. We enjoyed it and im happy I choose a balcony.
