We chose this cruise solely based on the number of stops. We had plans to snorkel at each one. You are pretty much at port from 8-5 everyday. That was awesome. It gave us plenty of time to rent a car from HERTZ and tour on our own. On the 2nd day at St Kitts we rented 4 wheelers from Sunnyday rentals and we toured the whole island. It was the best day ever. I highly recommend that if you are experienced in driving ATVs you do this. You can see the whole island and go up and down mountains. I saw so many monkeys. We have plans to go back next year and get our PADI certification.
I didn't rate the entertainment because we chose this cruise to snorkel and we were just so exhausted each night (a great feeling), we ate and went to bed. it was more of an adventurous cruise rather than a relaxing one.
The last day we took the Old/ New San Juan tour. It was ok. We could barely understand the driver. I would love to spend a few days in San Juan on the next cruise to get a better feel of the city.
We had a decent cabin. It was very outdated in its furnishings. We went for an interior this time because we know we would barely in there and didnt want to spend the extra money on a cabin vs our car/ATV rentals.
The taxi driver took us to a beach not far from the port. The locals took great care of us but we had to deal with people selling their wares. And the locals were smoking pot under the trees. These were the same men that were working/renting the jet skis.
We rented ATVs and drive the island and snorkled. Was one of my favorite stops.
I have been to this island a few times and I just find it dirty and nothing much to do. We rented a car and drive around all day.
