First of all, we did not even stop at the first island, CocoCay. Second, the shore excursion booked through the cruise line was not at all what we paid for. The boat was about 30 minutes late leaving to go to the island. After running around the island to do ONE activity and paying for the equipment, we were told that we could not even do it due to rough seas. They should have told us that BEFORE running around getting the equipment and going to the place for the event. They, due to my kids being sea sick the first day, I decided to get the "soda" package so they would have some Ginger Ale to calm their stomachs. 99% of the time, the machine was out of soda and when we did get something, all we could get is diet coke. That was over $30 for pretty much nothing. The dining was very good, which is the only reason I gave it a one. There was not a teen center. The list of activities did not match up what was really going on around the ship. I could go on and on. Bottom line, staff was very nice and friendly, food was good but I will never cruise with Royal Caribbean again.

The gentleman that cleaned the room was one bright side to the cruise. He knew we were unhappy and went out of his way to make it a LITTLE better.
