1.There seemed to be a lack of consistency when it comes to the shows on boat. First this would be the first cruise where reservations were required for all shows. We were able to get to one of the comedy shows on the first night by waiting in a stand by line. After the show the host advised when the next show would be during the week and that no reservations would be needed. We also confirmed this on our interactive tv in our room. We got ready for the next show and guess what, reservations were required. We call the reservation desk who has no answer for why the host and the tv both stated no reservations. Why are reservations required. By the second day of the cruise when we found out that reservations were required for all shows...all shows were sold out. Why require reservations? By the end of the cruise no one was even showing up for the reservations. Why not based it on first come first serve???
2.We were told that we could attend dinner at the main dining areas between 6-8 without reservations however if we wanted to dine before or after that time then a reservation was required. We set up a reservation for the first night and it went smoothly. We called to make a reservation for the next night and all other nights and we kept being told no reservations were need. Another inconsistency.
3.Upon checking in for the cruise it was a family of 5 for two balcony rooms. I asked if we could set up a separate credit card for my mom who was in one of the two rooms. They said no problem but guess what not one single of her charges from her sea pass was charged to her credit card. It was all charged to mine.
Overall cabin was great. The tv was sub par. The tv remote only worked at certain angles. We also tested the remote in our other room and it was the same way.
