Cruise was a good experience with some problems.

The biggest was at the specialty steak restaurant where we had the poorest service I ever had in a restaurant. It took 3 hours to dine there. It took well over an hour to serve our steak after the appetizers and salad were finished. We complained to the waitress and she did nothing. We asked to speak to the captain and it took over 20 minutes for the captain to come to our table. He seemed over his head. And he told us the steak was ready and we waited another 10-15 minutes after that. All evening it was apologies there. We missed half the show as a result and a friend missed his poker contest.

The entertainment first night was very short - an intro dance and then a comedian who did little but ask the audience questions. The shows improved the next 2 nights but still each show was shorter than an hour. Not much variety of entertainment. Read more
