As a member of Cruise Critic I arranged with Princess to hold the Meet and Greet. They set aside the Skywalker for us, with complementary coffee, etc. Had a good group that were treated with a visit by Captain Tuvo and Cruise Director Andrew. Both were very personable, chatting, answering questions staying a full hour or more. This same attitude prevailed during the entire cruise. It is truly a treat to sail with Capt. Tuvo and Andrew helps to make a fun cruise. In addition sailing with us was Gavan McCloud, the actor who played the captain on the TV program of years past, "Love Boat". CD Andrew was joined by Capt Tuvo and Gavin Mc Cloud in a hour + interview. A special treat! Not only was the ship "sunny" but so was the weather. Sun all the way, not even rain mid-afternoon on the islands. The onboard Naturalist, Dr. Devos was excellent, talks about the volcanoes, native life, whales and the ports. Outstanding.

Food good as usual as well excellent service. Husband is on salt free diet and no problem making arrangements for his meals. Each evening the head Nechifor Romero, head waiter, Portifino Dining room came with the next day's menu for us to choose food to be specially prepared with no or little salt. Princess is to be commended for this effort to meet special needs. As well arrange for a wheel chair when needed, not often but my 90 year old husband at times need some assistance, graciously given by the staff. These accommodations allow us to continue to sail.
