As I am a Platinum Member on Royal Caribbean. This past cruise is the first time I see some things that bothered me on this particular cruise.
first, I must say that the overall services of all staff members was excellent except for there were times that some staff members did a poor job in greeting you or evening saying good morning.
First day on board, I tried to order a water package and set the card outside the door. It took 2 days for them to respond to my request until, I decided not to do this service.
Overall, My Stateroom Attendant name Hector Lopez done an excellent job in servicing my room. He always greeting me with a smile and made sure that I was enjoying my cruise.
The Bad: My luggage was misplaced by the wrong stateroom on deck 6. luckily, my wife noticed our luggage and I grabbed it and took it to my stateroom however, one of the pieces was missing. when I connected with a stateroom attendant, he simply stated that it might be on deck 2 or you have a not allowable article in your luggage. well, I felt that the stateroom attendant should have address or assistance me instead, I had to find it on deck 2 in which my luggage was torn off. I would have thought that someone would have seen my name on the permanent tag and contact my stateroom?
Also, I should have mentioned that I have noticed that the matresses are much more firmer than the past cruises that I have been on. Next time, I find out if I can have a softer matresses in the future.
