This cruise was booked as it took in Ports we had never been to before which included Viet Nam & Cambodia. The first impression of the Ship was the Boarding which was the best we had ever had. Our cases were at our Cabin door before we got there. Unfortunately it went down hill from there. We found out very soon after boarding that the ship was going into a dry dock refit as soon as our cruise finished. This explained the tired looking carpets & fixtures & fitting that had seen better days. The bars started to run out of certain wines very early on & by the end of the cruise that was all you were hearing 'Sorry we haven't got that', this included basic foods as well including Corn Flakes which are eaten by virtually every nationality. The entertainment by the core Singers & dancers was one of the best whin our view as it did not include (as in most cruise lime up's 'The Songs from the Shows'. They were modern & crisp which could not be said for the Guest Entertainers which I'm afraid in main with one exception was very poor. Bearing in mind there were no travelers following on from us to be woken at 6.20am by the announcement we were in port & were being ushered off was not amusing. It may be harsh as the ship was going into dry dock but I paid the full price with no reduction because of this & I feel somewhat cheated!!!
