Navigator of the Seas Cruise Review by robjan245

Trip Details
  • Sail Date: Mar 2017
  • Destination: the Southern Caribbean
  • Cabin Type: Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

The voyager class is not for us (too big). Very poor service in the dining room. Constant sell sell sell from the time we got on the ship until we parted. Our room felt smaller than other E2 rooms we stayed in on other RCL ships. Rude passengers (especially those from the deep south). Entertainment was a poor (other than the ice show which was average). We were very disappointed in Giovanni's (do they have chefs that know how to cook Italian - even Olive Garden is better). Private side trips were better than the one RCL excursion we did. Our stateroom attendant was excellent. The ship is in need of serious updating. Too many drinkers and smokers for my liking. Very little of interest in the way of activities unless you like to self medicate with alcohol. We could never get never get a chair at the solarium due to the small number of seats.
