We have done the Spirit twice and decided to try out the Legend. This time we had my 2 year old with us. There were good things about the week cruise - like the waiters we had at the restaurant were awesome. The Punchliner Adults show was good out of the 4 comedians 2 were awesome the other two so so. Issues we found - Didnt hear enough about what was happening on the ship from the cruise director Lee Found the timing of alot of the activities hard to get to - these need to be reassessed. Our room was very small with a inside cabin 6202 and a cot in there -advised front desk if possible to pay for an upgrade - were advised it was a full ship and to see what she could do, never heard back from her. Beds comfy though Our fridge didnt work called front desk said anytime today would be good to check it out - nobody came we dont think as it was still broken and no communication from the desk! PHOTOS - OMG professional photos taken were awesome BUT at $29.99 each!! is ridiculous not even any package deals to offer like buy 2 get third half price. I heard many passengers trying to negotiate and the staff were very rude and abrupt and would not budge. and they wonder why we all try to take photos with our iphone of the pictures! between the 11 of us we bought 20 photos and all we got for rewards were a postcard. bag tag, drink container and a USB key... where wait for it another $10 they will load 10 pictures on the usb for you! No identity bracelets for children.... what if they got lost? Spa and Salon discounts came out on the last day of the cruise! Spirit had heaps of good deals! Never put my daughter in kids club because there were never enough phones to hand out so I shouldnt have to ring every half hour to check on her. if you cater for 600+ children have the phones available for everyone! it was a nice enough cruise but improvements needed. Felt we had better attentive happy staff on the Spirit.

Few Disappointments

Cabin Review

Interior
Cabin 4C 6202
Near Atrium Lifts fairly quiet. only another room on one side was good.
Comfy beds
Cot in room took up too much room really need a double room for 2 plus cot (child)
Fridge didnt work and never got fixed nor communicated too.
Always good clean towels. bed was made but pillows not brushed or tidying - still had our hair on it each night.
Empress Deck Inside Cabins, Balcony Cabins, Suite Cabins
