From the moment we handed our luggage to Milos outside the ship our vacation was perfect. The team work was fabulous! Every crew member pitched in to make the cruise magical for everybody.
Evelyn and her team from the front desk were great.
JJ, a server assistant and bartender, showed us our room and from there we had a running joke that he is following us. Every time we turned a corner there he was, smiling at us and making sure we had everything we needed.

The Alruna was docked less then 5 mite walk from the Amsterdam central train station. Very convenient.
