On this trip we traveled as a family in 2 cabins. As Platinum Guest we arrived at Port Carnival at 11:00 AM and was on board by noon. We went to our cabins, 7446 and 7450, to find them ready and in order. We meet our cabin Stewart, John, who for the entire 7 days, called us by first name and made sure that all our needs were taken care. This was our 1st time on the Magic and we were impressed with the ship and all it offered. Each night there was a variety of entertainment and there was no way to see it all. The Dining staff was great and made each night a wonderful experience. Our waiter, Ned, was prompt and made sure that all the food our 15 yoa child ordered was delivered so he could enjoy each plate. Carnival has now moved to formal table settings on formal nights only, which is a nice change as we enjoyed how they setup the table a little different each night. We visited Amber Cove, St. Thomas, San Juan and Grand Turk. All ports were great with a variety of excursions to do. We are already talking about the next time we visit the Carnival magic.
Cabin Review
Interior
We had and Inside Aft cabin. Very much a 2 person cabin with cabins above and below. Other than some slight vibrations from the ships propellers, this was a great place to have a cabin.

Fast Embarkation and Debarkation.
Amber Cove (Puerto Plata)
Went to Ocean World, Dolphin Encounter was a great experience and for those with kids, it's even better.
Grand Turk
Walk off the ship and there is plenty to do. Rent snorkel gear, swim in the ocean and visit Margarita Ville.
