Just got off the Equinox yesterday. Was on the 11 day cruise to Costa Rica, Panama, Cartagena, Caymen Islands and Cozumel. Beautiful ship. Especially liked the library which was right near our stateroom #1227 Concierge class. Don't know if I would go concierge class again though. Didn't take advantage of the concierge and as nice as having the little bites as I called them in the afternoon, could've done without them. Nice to have the lunch for concierge passengers when we boarded. The waiter tripped and spilled my lunch all over my husband and me. He was very apologetic and kept trying to get the food off of us with water. Felt terrible for him.

Loved having the choice of either the outdoor pool or indoor spa pool. Ate at the spa for lunch which was quiet and not as crazy as the buffet during sea days when everyone was on the ship. My only complaint is on the day at sea it took us a good 20 minutes walking around to get a table for four. Therefore we opted to eat at the spa for the rest of our lunches during sea days. Tried all the specialty restaurants. All were good but loved Morano which we went to for a total of three times. Next time we might go there every night. The main dining room was fine but nothing to write home about as far as the food.

The staff on this ship were wonderful. Always helpful and smiling. Loved our steward Magesh. Always there for us and worked so hard.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 2

Cabin C2

Very comfortable bed and pillows! Plenty of storage space although I read peoples reviews that it wasn't enough. On our 11 days we were able to store everything without any problems so people must be bringing way more things than they need. Loved the balcony chairs that reversed into a lounge with the foot stool. Had breakfast our there every morning.

Port Reviews

Cartagena (Colombia)

Took a cab to the old town. Very interesting but we were there during the weekend and it was very crowded but worth the visit.

Cozumel

Just walked around the stores at the port.

Grand Cayman (Georgetown)

Had been here before so we just walked around. Lots of stores.

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

We live nearby so no excursions necessary
