This was my 6th attempt at sailing on Freedom of the Seas , my wife and I have been booked on this ship before but for some reason or another had to cancel, death in family, sickness, or family events.

Needless to say we were both looking forward to sailing on this ship. Our first experience was having to wait on the bus that took us to the ship from the airport for over an hour with people coughing and sneezing with no windows that opened before being let on the ship.

The embarkation procedure was fairly painless , however ,the distance from the embarkation area and the ship was at least 3 or 4 blocks after you make the zig zag route to the ship.
