The Carnival Pride staff should be proud of themselves. Everyone was very friendly, and customer service was amazing. I am beyond impressed with the staff and crew of the ship, every single person was so kind, nice, and ALWAYS smiling. The ship definitely could use a bit of updating . . . but the friendly staff and cleanliness more than made up for that. The staff in the dining room (especially Alfedo, Pedro, and Feliz) were top notch. I miss watching them dance already!!! They always remembered food preferences, and had milk ready to go for the little boy. Lots of fun stuff to do on board too. I especially enjoyed the games and shows. Our room steward and his crew were great. Room service chocolate cake is . . . . THE BEST!!! Our little boy came down with a respiratory illness the first day so we had to visit the medical center. They were so nice to him and everyone checked on him regularly. Unfortunately d/t his illness he could only go to camp the last couple days but from what we saw, it was AWESOME there!!! Embarkation was pretty easy but Debarkation was very slow, my biggest complaint for the whole cruise is about waiting to get off the ship.Would have loved to have fruit, or light snacks available on the Lido Deck the last day(we were traveling with a hungry 2 year old and it was hard to have nothing to give him). I would love to get back on the ship again soon! Thanks for the great vacation Carnival!

Cabin Review

Extended Balcony

Cabin 8J

Plenty of room for 2 adults and 1 child. Lots of storage space for clothing and luggage. There was a nice area with a pull out sofa and small table to relax.

Port Reviews

Freeport

Freeport is not a stop we cared to make. Seems like the cruise ships like to go there frequently though.
