Cabin: Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

This was our second time cruising on Liberty of the Seas and my 10th cruise with Royal Caribbean. It was my 50th Birthday cruise, as we enjoy getting away and spending time around people and sea lovers.

The ship is beautiful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to us. Our cabin was a aft corner balcony- number 1700. We did 1400 last year, which is the opposite location. The room was perfect and well kept by our room steward Howard form Jamaica. The only issue was the refrigerator not being cold.

The food in the MDR was OK- nothing to write home about. We've seen a decline in food quality over the years and it may be due to the fact... they want you to buy the specialty dining package! Yes, we were attacked 3 days straight about specialty dining packages. I like to be sold- but not pressured into buying something. Royal Caribbean STOP IT!
