I chose this cruise line due to your reputation for having great entertainment and food.

These lived up to expectations.

However, the bed was the worst ever. If we could have left the cruise line, we would have. It made for the most painful backaches ever. Just the thought of retiring to that disgusting bed made me sick. I continue to walk with difficulty and have had to see doctors due to back pain radiating to my legs. Cannot straighten out. How do YOU sleep at night knowing that these beds sag in the middle and are so very uncomfortable that people wake up in excruciating pain.

Cabin Review

Large Ocean View Stateroom

Cabin I

Romeo was our steward and he was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. However,

our bed was so very uncomfortable we woke up with severe back pain every morning. In fact, mine is still so bad that I have to see a specialist because I cannot stand up straight. I walk stooped over.

Per our request, Romeo, put a topper on our mattress but that made it worse. Upon entering our cabin, it was very noticeable that bed drooped terribly. How on earth, in good conscience, could you allow these beds to be slept on. Each night I would look at the back and practically cry at the thought of having to sleep in that damn bed.

I am in continuous pain due to this bad, and the pain radiates down my legs. I will NEVER to on Royal Caribbean again unless I am assured that the beds are new and comfortable. They were a disgrace!!!

Port Reviews

Tampa

It was fair. We were disappointed that all the beaches required a fee. In the past, it was always readily available with no fees. Disappointing.

Cozumel

Took a cab to the city and enjoyed shopping.
