Throughout the whole cruise we were told it would be a magical experience and so much fun. This was Incorrect. We started out very hopeful on day one, until that night when we were trying to sleep. We stayed in Cabin R94 on deck 4..... There was TONS of loud banging, and what sounded like carts moving up and down scraping against the wall of out cabin. We complained about all the noise, they had no idea what it could be but said it was probably ship maintenance. These noises began happening at midnight and continued until 7AM................. We were giving $60 each cruise credit to spend on board and were promised that the noise would not happen after 7:30pm............... The next day there was some noise but it wasn't unbearable, we slept with the ear plugs they gave us (who would think you would need ear plugs on a dream vacation right). On day 3 there was no noise at all, we were surprised that we actually were able to sleep..... but then on our last night again banging, VERY loud banging..... my husband called guest services like he was instructed to call, a very condescending lady came to the cabin to investigate the noise....... she said "I dont know why there is noise that is a void space, there is nothing there" she stated that guest services would contact us back..... we waited 30 minutes for a call back never to get one.

Other than this the food was sub par, and the dishes were dirty. You know its bad when everyone is running to get fries and burgers and not eating from the other stations on the lido deck. The food was either incredibly spicey, or incredibly bland and just horrible.My husband ordered the Prime Rib one night expecting it to be wonderful, and it was filled with fat, and was grey and rotten looking. Same with the desserts. I was expecting a magical experience, but it was a major let down and a waste of money.
