My husband and I had previously been on the Allure for a 7 night cruise for our honeymoon and convinced my extended family to join us for a big family cruise!

My husband and I were bringing along our 10 month old son and originally we were booked in a balcony room overlooking Central Park. We stayed in a window room overlooking Central Park for our honeymoon and thought it was nice, but the more we thought about sleeping and napping in that room with a baby... we didn't like the idea...

About 12 days before we sailed, I called RC to see if they had had any last minute cancellations on suites and lucky for us - they did! A Crown Loft Suite overlooking the sports courts and golf course and you could even see the aqua theater shows! It was a pricey upgrade (more than double the cost of our original room) but worth EVERY PENNY for this trip!

AMAZING! Loved the loft and it made for much sounder sleeping with a baby.

My 10 month old slept downstairs in the pack n play while we slept upstairs. When he napped (twice a day for about an hour each time) we hung out on our balcony overlooking the golf course and sports court and felt very involved from afar!
