We chose this cruise as a Christmas present to each other - purchased the week prior to Christmas.

We travelled as a couple without children. Despite it being early in the school year, there were quite a few children on board. There only seemed to be a small group of 4 or 5 maybe 10 year olds who caused any grief! Heavens knows where their parents were!

We ate all evening meals in the dining room and all were delicious! For breakfast and lunch we alternated between the buffet and dining room as the dining room had shorter opening hours. A la carte breakfast on deck 4 was nicely done.

Cabin Review

Interior Stateroom

Cabin M

The cabin was small, but spotlessly clean. It was the first interior cabin we've ever had so we were apprehensive. We chose this cabin type due to an online deal.

We would happily stay in this type of cabin again - we don't spend much time in our cabin anyway!

There's only 2 things I can complain about:-

The fridge in our cabin was a cooler rather than a refrigerator and wasn't very effective at cooling.

The cold water in the bathroom was warm and as a result the shower water was too hot. Twice, a technician/plumber arrived, but couldn't give us cool running water! Ideal in Alaska, but not in the South Pacific!
