We chose this cruise because it was leaving from Baltimore and the cost for us to fly to Baltimore was very reasonable. We also had never been to Baltimore and took a couple of days to visit.
We choose Carnival because we like the entertainment and the food is always excellent. We were not disappointed at all.
We found the excursions reasonably priced compared to booking them off the ship and like the convenience of having it all organized for you.

The cabins on the Carnival are bigger than in the other cruise ships I have been on. We had a balcony which was nice. I am not sure whether it was an 8a or 8f. The cabin was clean and the cabin staff efficient
