We chose this cruise because there was only one day at sea. We are not a fan of the days at sea, but enjoy the ports. Our port at Half Moon Cay was canceled because of the weather, while not the cruise lines fault they offered nothing as consolation. We were left with another boring day at sea. We are not gamblers or drinkers and there was very little family things to do on board our day at sea. There is only so much bingo you can play. Our cabin had mold in the grout throughout the bathroom. The beds were not horrible, but it was extremely crowded for 4 people. The most disappointing thing was that our bag without our dress clothes for the elegant night were lost. (they never found it). The people at guest services acted like it was not big deal. "We will email the restaurant and tell them to let you in in whatever clothing you have." I can go in whatever clothing I want any night. This was an important part of the cruise for us because we wanted to get family pictures made, but the cruise staff acted like we were bothering them when we asked at guest services (daily) if they had found out bag. Finally on the last day they gave us "$230 onboard credit and offered us 20% off of our next cruise. This was not helpful. We will not be taking another cruise with carnival and $237 did not even cover my dress that was in the bag (that was never worn). I am extremely angry about this. They still have not found our luggage. There is no accountability when you drop your luggage at the port with the porter who was very rudely asking for tips. We have no idea what he did with our luggage. We were not given the option of carrying it with us. Extremely disappointed in this cruise and service.
