My husbands luggage got left in manchester and we didn't receive it for five days. Ruined our first week missed the gala dinner due to lack of black dinner suit shoes etc.offered £50 on board spend which just covere toiletries and a pair of extra shorts. Then another £50 which bought casual shirt. Had to buy shoes in Aruba as they do t sell shoes on board. Customer service was appalling we were offered gala dinner in our cabin due to having no clothes.Otherwise the ship is beautiful the food is very good we went for breakfast in the dining room as upstairs is very busy.Our inside cabin was fine on deck 15 which is Lido deck where the pool is. Entertainment was rather loud in an afternoon on deck.The iteniry was good overall favourite Island was St.Martin.

Met some lovely people on board and the cabin steward was excellent couldn't do enough for us.
