We chose this cruise for a couple of the ports it was going to. Debarkation was always a mess and getting help was impossible. This ship is to large. Our account had charges on it for stuff we didn't even order. I asked at the shore excursion desk if I could get help with my husband getting of the ship as he has emphysema and the walk was to far for him she fobbed me off rudely and said they don't help or have wheelchairs. Our account had charges on it for items we didn't use or buy. Entertainment was kids birthday party entertainers. No kettle in room and was taken of me to find out that most of the Chinese on board where allowed to have them and I spoke with a lady from Scotland who got to keep on in her cabin, there should only be one rule for everyone.

My husband had dress shorts on and was refused entry onto one of the dining rooms although the Chinese patrons were getting in with the same clothing on.
