We chose this cruise for a couple of the ports it was going to. Debarkation was always a mess and getting help was impossible. This ship is to large. I asked at the shore excursion desk if I could get help with my husband getting of the ship as he has emphysema and the walk was to far for him she fobbed me off rudely and said they don't help or have wheelchairs.
