chose for the itinerary.

We wanted to see Dubai, and thought this would be a great way to do it. We were not happy that it was on R.C. but did it anyway. I was very pleasantly surprised. We did not find the ship worn out as some other reviews have stated. The public rooms, showroom and lounges were in very good shape. the crew could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a suite that was very nice with a wonderful balcony. My wife and i are not major cruise takers, but we have been on Princess, Disney, and Crystal. Disney and certainly Crystal are in a very different class than Royal Carib. Princess about a step above.

The main negative we had was the food. Breakfast and most lunch items were fine. The pizza was the worst i ever tasted. When it came to dinner is where it got really bad. The selections were not the problem, just the finished product. The kitchen would have been better off opening a jar of Ragu for their pasta dishes than what they served. I am not going to go further with the food review, since it wasn't that important in our overall experience.
