The boat was nicely (& newly) remodeled and the ports were amazing. The room steward (Ivana) was amazingly quick, thorough and kind. The rest of the staff that I came into contact with was slightly rude (I didn't hold it against them if we didn't understand each other due to language barriers). We could rarely get a consistent answer out of the crew members (to include guest services) and it felt as if they were pushing us off the pool deck by 11 am on the 2nd to last day as they boarded up the pool in preparation for Pitbull (the singer) to get on Friday afternoon (the next day). The lines for drinks (non alcoholic and alcoholic) were pretty long. We were only allowed to get one drink on each turn in line. I don't even drink much but two iced teas weren't allowed. I spent no less than 15 minutes in each line on average and there were no waiters on the pool deck until the last day---the day they were boarding up the pool. 2 of the 3 hot tubs were never filled/open. The music was pretty bad on deck and the entertainment was close to horrible. There was one comic who was decent that had shows on 3 different days. The other entertainers were mostly amateurish and one male performer was downright skeevy. The food was mostly warm when it was supposed to be but not necessarily flavorful. The buffet was just okay. The salad bar could've been better. The boat kept having mechanical problems and we were late to 2 different ports and late to leave Miami. Getting off the boat for excursions took quite a while even with the crew handing out numbers for groups. Getting on and off the boat on first and last days were extremely easy. The days between? Eh. I'm 95% sure I won't cruise with Norwegian again.

Cabin Review

Family Inside

Cabin I1

The cabin was great. Clean, newly furnished and decorated well. No odd smells and had a hair dryer even if it felt like it was 10 lbs in weight.

Port Reviews

Miami

we flew into miami and got on the ship. not much to say here

Key West

Key west is always a great town no matter what you're looking for. The Butterfly Conservatory is extremely calming and relaxing while the bars are fun and lively. The food is always delicious and I haven't had a bad piece of key lime pie in the 4 times I've been a visitor.
