We had such a great cruise on Viking Sea earlier that we decided to see a different part of the Mediterranean on the Viking Sky. We had so many things to do on shore that we couldn't take advantage of all the ship has to offer, but the Viking Sky was superb down to the smallest detail. We loved taking "our spot" in the afternoon for tea and relaxing after dinner in the explorer's lounge. We took full advantage of both Manfredis and the Chefs Table restaurants on board and had no difficulty getting reservations. I just can't say enough about the staff. Everyone is so friendly, and they seem to be happy working for Viking.

The cruise was really interesting with opportunity to visit Pompeii and Carthage. Tunis was particularly interesting, and we managed to jam in a lot in one day. All of our guides were really knowledgeable and we felt welcomed wherever we went. If you take this cruise, be sure to add on some time in Barcelona. Each time we visit we remember why it is one of our favorite cities.
