Always felt too crowded in public areas, very noisy, hard to navigate ship, elevators crowded, cabin layout is a big minus for privacy but clean and comfortable bed, personnel on ship not always helpful when questioned, food was good, some places better than others, I chose the drink package, standing in line 10 min. For 6oz of Pepsi is ridiculous, essentially no alcohol in mixed drinks. Getting off the boat on a tender day, to get to an excursion, was horrible, excursion started at 12, didn't leave the ship until after 12:30. Still had a long bus ride to excursion, then was rushed through because we were late..definitely needs better organization.i will try other Norwegian cruises just not on the Epic,
