We have traveled on two River Cruises with Viking and loved them both! When the opportunity arose to go on an Ocean Cruise with my sister and her husband, we jumped at the chance! Viking Ocean Cruises will continue to be in our travel itinerary. The ship was wonderful! We loved the smaller number of passengers and all the amenities of this beautiful new ship! I loved the art, photography and small Viking Museum throughout the ship. The top deck walking paths and exercise equipment, etc. encouraged us to exercise and work off the extra calories. We loved the spa! Some of the spa you could use without extra expense. Next time will use this area more often! The food was wonderful, especially the specialty restaurants. The crew was personal and took care of our every need! The entertainment was great and very professional! Every nights show was such fun! We picked this cruise because we had never been to any of the locations. They all were amazing, and Viking did a great job of setting up the on-shore excursions! We also like the idea of an included tour at each port if we choose not to buy an excursion.
