With the exception of the customer service area which was very good, the other service areas had no time for you unless they were taking your money. Sometimes to the point of being rude.

The restaurant food was average, they would not allow menu changes at all, for example,if you asked for a different vegetable with your dinner it was not allowed. The buffet was good and plenty of seating was available.

The staff service in all areas was mixed, some were great some wouldn't make eye contact or greet you. It apparently was not a company policy. Read more
