Sail Date: Feb 2017

We were looking forward to this ship and it exceeded our expectations in its beauty and decor. Our major disappointment was the quality of entertainment.Their "classical " musicians were three very young music students who did not know much about what they were playing and had no experience interacting with an audience. They performed every evening. My husband and I have taught University level music students and have had many who far excel. This actually gives "classical " music a "bad name" as it was often boring and tedious. The shows in the theater were not much better although the technology for every show was outstanding.

There were Nordic art works throughout the ship with commentary about each work available through a phone app - a nice touch.

The spa facilities were beautiful and open to all. In our many years of cruising we had the most beautiful stateroom we have ever had. The food in the dining room was good but very often delivered cold.

Cabin Review

Cabin Penthouse Jr. Suite

Luxurious with 2 huge TV's. Spacious bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Heated bathroom floor and towel bar - which was not functioning for the first half of the cruise until we complained.
