Sail Date: Jul 2016

My husband and I have taken other cruises with our family which were fun...Alaska, Caribbean, Mexico. But we saved our money to afford this cruise which celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary...no kids this time! It was the most magical, amazing cruise I've been on! We flew into Stockholm and flew out of Bergen. Our cabin was perfect...roomy enough, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, fun balcony. We loved the restocked mini-bar! Dining was excellent with our favorite special restaurant being Manfredi's Italian food. The staff was remarkable...so polite and helpful! We learned so much about all the countries we visited and the guides were excellent! St Petersburg's credential checks at the port were a little disconcerting but the excursions took us to beautiful palaces and art exhibits so it was worth the trouble. We had never been to any of the 8 countries we sailed to but each was unique and beautiful. My relatives came from Norway so that country was the most special of all. I loved the fact that our ship was small enough to sail into the fjords!

I would take another cruise in a heartbeat but we'll have to save money first.

Cabin Review

The cabin was beautiful and the perfect size for us! Loved the space on the veranda and the special touches in the bathroom.
