Because you can;t get service anymore, My wife is disabled and we reserved a wheelchair to help assist her she was forced to walk thru the cruise terminal thru security screening ;then walk up stairs till we finally reached check in then it took 45 minutes to finally get one, 10 minutes later we finally got on the ship.our cabin was a mini suite. the third guest in our room had to sleep on a curved couch not a sofa bed or pullman only covered with a sheet. We had several issues in the main dining rooms one server did not know what creme for our coffee was served us milk 3 times instead. another night i ordered my prime rib medium rare and was served a well done end cut sorry i could go on but it's not worth it I have completed 2 post cruise surveys since our return expressing my concerns and no one from norwegian seems to care Like i said your free just don;t ask or complain
