Booked this cruise 18 months ago for my sisters 70th Birthday. !4 nights Caribbean . Very disappointed. The ship is far to big and crammed full of guests. None of the public areas are big enough to cope with the volume of passengers.Could never get seats in The Live lounge to see caberet. Only holds 400. (3800) on board). The Atrium u is square and bland and reminded us of a block of flats. All over the ship the décor is beige ,grey and brown and has a cold feeling. The balcony cabin we had were on the small side and bland. The best night on board was at The Limelight Club. Good grub and entertainment from Cheryl Baker. All other entertainment we found below standard. The food was also below par but did get a bit better to the end of our second week. Also in Sindhu. Booked before we went and were excited about eating there. paid extra. The food was quite ordinary. I have had a lot better in local resturants. The service was awful. First they bought us the wrong food . The wine waiter left our bottles of wine 10 yards away then never came back to fill our glasses so I had to go and retrieve them myself.Don't waste your money. Trips by P&O expensive. Hired local guides for a third of the price. All good. Tried to get breakfast in Horizon first morning. Rugby scrum. No organisation from staff. No tables eventualy had to take our food out side and sit near swimming pool. Awful. Sea days a joke . The towel brigade were up and reserving seats just like the worst Spanish hotels. Could never get sunbeds. The swimming pools are also small if you can get near them. P&O have gone for quantity over quality and are intent in getting as much money out of you as possible. £75 to tour the engine room. So sad . Worst cruise ever .Will stick to Princess and other lines in future. P&O .No thanks
