Sail Date: Feb 2017
Cabin: Verandah Stateroom

We travel with a group, usually on this line. Everybody in our group was disappointed. There was no library, the cabin was small and had workers doing fix up projects. The promenade deck was very small with no place for deck chairs. The dining room service was very slow, there weren't enough waiters. The captain loved to be on the PA, the first time I ever heard a captain out talk the cruise director. Service was also slow on the lito deck, difficulty finding seating. We would not go on this ship again, bigger and newer is not always better. The disembarkation went very well, we paid extra for a direct luggage check to the airport. The outdoor running track was a joke, very small with people not running in the way. When we were checking in we were held in line for about 15 minuets for no apparent reason, no explanation was given.
