First, let me say that the staff was absolutely amazing. There were so many employees that you always had help if you needed anything. Everyone was soo helpful and friendly, Ive never seen anything like it. We didnt not see one employee who was rude or who looked annoyed to help us out. I am VERY impressed with the staff.
Embarkation went very smoothly, but disembarkation was a bit of a mess with a long line up of people, we waited over an hour to disembark the ship and it was really crowded.
The food on board was absolutely amazing. We had purchased the dinning package because we didn't want to eat at the free restaurants all week, but honestly it wasnt necessary because all the food was amazing and there were many options to chose from that was offered at no charge. In our week we didn't even have enough time to try every restaurant.
Cabin Review
Mid-Ship Balcony Stateroom
The cabin was a good size for 2 people. However, for 4 people (with bunkbeds) it gets very crowded and the closet is far from big enough for everyone's stuff.
A lot of storage space and a couch, bathroom is big enough.
We were satisfied with out room.
Port Reviews
Miami
We took a shuttle from the airport to the port. everything went smoothly. We didn't have to wait long to embark the ship.
Harvest Caye
We took the maya key excursion, which is a boat that takes you about 5 minutes away from the port to an animal sanctuary, beach, pool, etc. The lunch was included and very good. Good excursion but not Worth the price.
