The service was hit or miss and mostly miss. No one seemed to hurry to help you. In the dining room on our first night it took us over an hour to get our main course and ended up walking out before we got a dessert menu because it was taking so long. The bartenders never had an order they went in to take drink orders and you often were skipped over in line resulting in long waits to get drinks. When I confronted the front desk about the bad service we were getting the excuses we received was "well they are probably all tired because we just had a spring break filled cruise last week". Unacceptable.

The food was just flat out not good. The best thing on the ship was the chicken wings at the longboard bar and half the time they came out cold or still frozen. In one of the buffet lines there was even a wall full of mold that the crews were just painting over versus removing and disposing of properly. That's just what us guest love to see in our food lines.

Entertainment was poor. Funny to read another review from our same cruise about how bad the magician/comedian was and how many people walked out of that show. They had a piano bar that was fun for the first 15 minutes until the guy playing the piano started to sing the songs in a weird way and you notice that he is reading the lyrics off of a "karaoke style" screen and that he probably has never heard the real song before. After a while and throughout the cruise you realize it was just the same 15 songs he knew over and over and over.
