We have always cruised with Princess and enjoyed their ships very much!. Loved trying the Norwegian Escape, but I had/have a couple of complaints; lots of entertainment and games were held in the Atrium instead of smaller venues, such as bars and lounges. Impossible to get a chair, and the kids overtook the floor anyway! There was NO separate floor where children congregated and stayed away from adult areas. Parents took their children to shows that suggested no one under 18 or so attend, and a couple were, or definitely should have been labeled "adults only"! At the Glow Party, kids were still there at midnight and beyond! We also had to watch when walking the halls to our rooms, because some children seemed to believe they were racetracks! The food, especially in the restaurants was exceptional, but the buffet was so-so; sometimes very good food and other times just your typical buffet that you can find anywhere. All of the staff that I encountered were friendly, polite, and helpful. The balcony rooms were pleasantly surprising; plenty of room for two, lots of storage space, and arranged quite well. Our room steward, Ronald, was excellent and very helpful also! We enjoyed the shore excursions that we chose, except the Glass Bottom boat in Nassau. Highly overpriced just to see some fish swimming under you! All in all, I enjoyed the cruise and would recommend it to my friends, but with a warning about children. If you are cruising to relax and leave the family life at home for a week or so, I might suggest a different cruise line, or check to see that there are certain spaces and activities for children only!

Balcony Stateroom

Loved our balcony room, ( wouldn't cruise without one)! Plenty of room for two, lots of storage space, room steward was very helpful and kept our cabin spotless!
