As avid cuisers, my family (husband, two sons, daughter-in-law & son's girlfriend & myself) just returned from the Western Caribbean on the Carnival Legend.

We drove to Tampa & stayed overnight at the Quoram Hotel on the Sleep and Sail special - we had complimentary hotel garage parking while on our cruise. The Quoram provided free shuttle to and from the Port of Tampa. Very nice place to stay!

Since this was our 11th cruise with Carnival, we had VIP embarkation, which is much slower in Tampa than other ports. However, after waiting approx. 45 minutes we were able to board the ship around 12:30 p.m. Read more
