We understand that. And we have cruised often enough to know that this never happens. Close, maybe. But perfect?

The cabin was fine. Booking was a little odd. When we booked this through Holland America the agent suggested that we book the cabin as a "run-of-the-ship" booking, so that we would be guaranteed a room of this category, but we would be able to have an upgrade possibility. Well, when you do this, you do not get a room assigned until 7-10 days BEFORE departure!
Lots of storage space for a 20 day cruise. There are no passenger-use laundry facilities- you have to use the ship's paid service.
