We chose this cruise because it had an excellent itinerary, with several overnights. As previous people have said, many ports were very far away from the cities (Bangkok, Hue/Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City), which made for long rides into the cities. That said, the various excursions were very good, although resulted in long days.

The ship is showing her age, but maintenance is ongoing and the public areas were very well maintained. Our stateroom was refurbished in the last year or so, and was very well maintained/appointed with a lovely new bathroom. Our stateroom attendant kept it spotless and always had a smile for us. For us, that is the reason to cruise with Celebrity. The staff, from officers to deck crew, and everyone in between, is truly exceptional. We have cruised well over 30 times, on ships ranging from 148 passengers to over 3000, and we feel that Celebrity's staff is a cut above the rest, including the three luxury lines with which we have sailed.

We have already booked another Celebrity cruise and do not hesitate to recommend the line to family and friends.

Cabin Review

Royal Suite

Cabin RS

Recently refurbished stateroom, with a beautiful, fairly new bathroom. Lots of storage and well laid out.

Port Reviews

Bangkok (Laem Chabang)

Two, very long, days, but lots to see. Sadly, Bangkok was horridly hot and humid. The tour guide was excellent.

Da Nang

Lovely village.
