This was my first solo cruise. The EPIC had studio rooms, that is why I chose it! I was a little worried about travelling alone, but it was absolutely the best time! I met so many great people, some wre solos and some not. Being able to get to know the cruise staff in a smaller setting like the solo lounge, was an added bonus. I felt like people knew my name everywhere I went, which made it special. I am a very social person but have times when I liked to be alone. This was a great way to do both! I will definitely cruise alone again!

I guess having been on many other cruises on different lines, I expected more formal dinner settings and I had to adjust to "freestyle", I wish I hadn't brought so many clothes!!

if I had any complaints it would be the lack of staff in the casino to serve drinks. Being a solo traveller, if I was at a machine, I often waited a long time to get a drink. On other cruises, it seemed like the waitstaff was "all over you, all the time"
