We wanted to see what a large ship was like. We were a little nervous about the time it would take to board the ship (having stood in line for up to an hour and a half on previous cruises). We figured that with so many more passengers, it would take forever. From the time we were dropped off at the dock till we were sitting in the buffet, being waited on by the ship's officers, took about 30 minutes. We were flabbergasted, to say the least. Shortly after enjoying our lunch, our cabin was ready for us. Usually we would have to wait up to two hours in the common areas for this to happen. Of all the cruises we have been on, RCL was the best. The ship never felt crowded, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and RCL is now the cruise line of choice. Our dining room waitress was especially delightful.

Looking forward to the next cruise in April of 2017 on the Allure of the Seas.

Superior Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin D6

Lovely. And great cabin steward.

Going on the Allure of the Seas this year (2017) and totally looking forward to it. Having sailed with Holland, Princess and Norwegian, RCL is by far the best.
