The only reason I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the nightly entertainment, singers and dancers were excellent.

Let me start by saying I love Royal Caribbean. I am Emerald and sail often. I have 26 cruises under my belt and hubby and I are 36 and 42. We just sailed on one of RCCL's smallest oldest ships and it was much better than this. We have also sailed on IOS's sister ships, Liberty and Freedom and loved it.

Here is where IOS dropped the ball. Last year we sailed her the same week and we both got Norwalk. I figured we were just unlucky so this was a do over. Well, after a 2nd attempt, I quickly realized why. Almost every plate and silverware in the Windjammer was dirty with food stuck to it.
