This was our 6th cruise on Princess, on their newest ship, yet when I compare it to the first one I took 11 years ago, they have really cut back on the quality of their food, staff is grumpy and definitely have an attitude. I was openly insulted in front of several passengers in their jewelry store. We enjoyed a mini-suite, but the new standard as far as balcony furniture is 1 table, 2 chairs and 1 footrest. Both my husband and I have 2 feet each. Had to request robes even though we had done this pre-trip online. Food delivered to the cabin was cold or missing. Entertainment was terrible. We saw the same comedian twice in the theater. Movies on the deck were OLD. The champagne art auction is now just an art auction. The only place to get crab is if you spend $29 dollars to go to the crab shack. 11 years ago, it was free at the buffet. I can go on. I really am a positive person, but this experience and for the price we paid, was not what I expected. Sorry. Our next cruise will probably be on another line. Similar complaints were heard from passengers we encountered.

Port Reviews

Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

Embarked form this port. No excursions unless you want to count the cheap hotel we stayed at for the night. Take my advice and spend a few more dollars.. You get what you pay for.
